Master Data Management
- Create, update, or deactivate supplier records to maintain a reliable supply chain (Suppliers).
- Add, configure, and manage branch details for better operational alignment (Branches).
- Maintain centralized customer data accessible across all branches for consistent customer management (Universal Customers).
- Define and manage item attributes such as descriptions, categories, and specifications (Items).

User Management
- Assign specific menu rights to users based on roles and responsibilities.
- Enhance data security by controlling access to sensitive information and critical modules.

Inventory Management
- Define minimum and maximum stock levels to enable automated Purchase Order (PO) generation.
- Monitor item pricing, expiry information, and adjust stock levels as needed for optimal inventory control.

Maintain and reconcile critical financial registers, including
- Maintain and reconcile financial registers across all branches.
- Record payments from customers through Customer Receipts.
- Process payments efficiently with Supplier Payments.
- Adjust accounts for reconciliation using Credit/Debit Settlements.
- Handle cheque deposits, cash deposits/withdrawals, and interbank transfers with Bank Transactions.
- Monitor cash flow at branch counters using Counter Income/Expenses.
- Manage interim accounting entries with Provisional and Journal Vouchers.
- Record single or bulk transactions under Receipts and Payments.

Financial Statements and Reports
- Generate Trial Balance to ensure accounting accuracy.
- Assess financial performance using Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements.
- Evaluate the financial position with a Balance Sheet.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) with Performance Sheets.
- Access detailed reports on stock-outs, outstanding payments, item expiry, and branch performance for informed decision-making.

Partner and Geo-Management
- Manage franchise relationships and configure operational parameters.
- Implement geo-fencing for branches using location-based controls via pin codes for efficiency.

Data Synchronization
Ensure system-wide consistency with real-time upload/download synchronization of data across branches and stores.
